Our Staff

Iorras Le Chéile, Community Development Project is staffed by a full-time Co-Ordinator and a part time development worker, receptionist and administrator. The project also benefits from the hard work of volunteers from the local community, secondary schools, various training initiatives and third level institutes.

Voluntary Management Committee


Iorras Le Chéile is run by a Voluntary Management Committee. The committee meets monthly and is made up of local men and women from a variety of backgrounds. This structure ensures that community members have a voice on issues that directly affect them. The committee and staff work together to develop sustainable solutions to community needs.
